The YL-TS20-15 type high-efficiency liquid purifier is suitable for the purification of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, cutting oil and other oils. It efficiently removes particulate pollutants in the cutting fluid, spindle oil and other suspended miscellaneous oils, and achieves continuous operation and no People are on duty.
How the equipment works
In the case of oil-water mixtures, the equipment uses a self-developed collection device to suck the oil-water mixture into the oil-water separation tank through the vacuum generator and the diaphragm pump, and then pass the physical separation device, and then discharge the good liquid through the diaphragm pump for recycling. The oil pump removes the dirty oil and achieves the purpose of oil-water separation.
Use of ozone
China's ambient air quality standard (GB3096-1996) stipulates that the concentration limit of ozone (1 hour average) is 0.12mg/m³ for the primary standard, 0.16mg/m³ for the secondary standard, and 0.2mg/m³ for the tertiary standard, ozone The highest limit of sanitary standards in most countries is 0.2mg/m³, so the sterilization concentration using ozone should not be too high. The ozone output of the ozone generator used in this machine is 10mg/h, and the machine is factory set in automatic mode. The ozone generator pauses for 100 seconds every 20 seconds. According to this calculation, the equipment works for 1 hour. The amount of ozone produced by the ozone generator is 1.7mg. The stability of ozone is extremely poor. It can be decomposed into oxygen by itself at room temperature, 1% The half-life of the aqueous solution in the atmosphere at room temperature is 16 minutes, so the ozone emitted into the air is far below the national maximum limit of 0.2mg/m³. The user can also adjust the working time of the ozone generator according to the site conditions to improve the sterilization effect.
