Low-viscosity and high-purity release agent for aluminum mold casting
Description
Specially formulated for mold making and casting, suitable for most liquid rubber and liquid plastic products. It will release mold rubber (such as polyurethane and polysulfide) from a properly prepared model. It may be necessary to use sealants to seal porous models (wood, plaster, concrete) or certain modeling clays (containing water or sulfur). The release agent is effective in a wide temperature range from 70°F to 500°F.
Feature
If using silicone rubber, use only the surface of the sealed model. Do not use mold release agents. The product can also easily release various casting materials (epoxy resin, Smooth-On liquid plastic, etc.) from the cured rubber mold. This product has a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible. If used properly, it can improve the molding efficiency of various casting applications and actually extend the life of the production mold.
