Describe:
There is basically no rancidity or oxides in oil or new oil that is continuously filtered by static electricity. The detection and analysis of various oil samples showed that there were no dirt particles soluble in toluene in these oils. Relevant data shows that, under normal circumstances, the oil in the hydraulic system that has never been electrostatically filtered or the hydraulic oil after a serious hydraulic system failure, and the hydraulic oil that has been running for more than 20,000 hours contains a large amount of rancidity and oxides. The rancidity and oxides in hydraulic oil cannot be decomposed in hydraulic oil, but they are easily dissolved by toluene.
The oil molecules in hydraulic oil react with oxygen in the air to produce rancidity and oxides. Oxides will be produced in the oil under the action of the following three conditions:1. Oxygen2. Temperature3. Catalyst
Features:
