The purpose of the equipment

YL-JJFL20 high-precision oil filter adopts pure physical mesh filter type filtering and slag removal device, coalescing filter element dehydration device to separate impurities, water, and oil in the oil. It is suitable for the purification treatment of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, cutting oil and other oils. Efficiently remove particulate pollutants, emulsified water, dissolved water, and free water in the oil, with high filtration accuracy, and realize continuous operation and unattended operation.
This equipment uses a front basket filter, a two-stage poly structure water removal filter element, and a high-precision filter element for removing fine particles.

How the equipment works

When the oil filter is working, under the action of the oil pump, the contaminated oil enters the pre-filter (two-stage) to filter out metal iron filings and small and medium-sized particles in the dirty oil. Entering into the coalescing filter element, due to the unique polar molecular structure of the coalescing filter element material, the free water and emulsified water in the water coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element. Finally, it settles to the lower part of the filter due to gravity, opens the return valve to remove the sewage, and the oil enters the four-stage filter after passing through the water separation filter element to filter out the trace moisture and fine impurities in the oil to become clean oil.

Equipment structure recognition

1) Operation buttons and indicator lights are installed on the surface of the electrical box, and the main pump start button, main pump stop button, oil drain start button, oil drain stop button, warning light and power switch are installed on the front panel.
2) The pressure gauges are the second-level tank pressure, the third-level tank front pressure, and the third-level tank rear pressure. The vent valve is installed above the second, third, and fourth-level tank, and the casters are four-wheeled universal wheels.
3) No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 tanks, of which there are three filter screens in the No. 3 filter tank, which are mainly used to filter water. The valve installed under the No. 3 tank is closed during processing, and is open when the oil is cleaned; 1 No. filter tank is used to filter solid impurities.
4) The left side of the equipment is the accessory box, which is used to place the remaining oil pipes and accessories.
