Description:

Products can be used in a wide range of applications, from brass and aluminum processing in large conveyor systems to steel processing in small single-slot machines.
It is a semi-synthetic biologically stable processing and grinding fluid that can form a transparent emulsion, which may become translucent in hard water. The product combines the cleanliness and detergency of synthetic products without the sticky residues often encountered in such products.
Depending on the processing application, the concentration of the product used varies from 2% to 5%, but generally grinding at a concentration of 2% is satisfactory, while other processing applications require a concentration of 3% to 4%. For brass processing, good results were obtained at a concentration of 6% and an aluminum concentration of 10%.
