working principle:
The equipment is composed of four systems: air flotation device, ozone device, and oil-water separation system.
● Impurity filtration system: filter through a 100-micron steel mesh filter element, and can be equipped with a 5-micron filter element according to customer requirements to filter impurities to meet the requirements of use.
● Air flotation device: After the water body filtered by the impurity filter system enters the oil-water separation tank, the air flotation device accelerates the floating of small particles and dispersed oil particles above the liquid surface.
● Ozone device: In the oil-water separation tank, through the air flotation device, ozone gas is evenly mixed into the water body to play the role of sterilization, disinfection, and bleaching, which can effectively deodorize.
● Oil-water separation device: the floating oil floating on the liquid surface through the air flotation device is passed through the device to quickly separate out to achieve the purpose of oil-water separation

Note: This equipment is divided into two types: mobile and fixed. The mobile equipment can control the (contaminated) cutting fluid generated by multiple mechanical equipment.
